Yoroshiku ne.

Unusual me; worried over putting up a random image in my first blog post rather than the content it should have.

...

Although I like to talk about my delicate self, it is better fitting not to. Living 13 ½ years in my life, being an Internet person, I am now, it’s just so hard to see why someone like me would care less about anime. After giving a lot of thought on the promise of having this blog, it was really, really hard. To begin with, I’m a kid, immature and young, very, very young. Although there might be people like me that could have this as a hobby in such a younger age, I tell you, I am not near to talented. Don’t expect much from my criticisms in anime reviews and all, but I would appreciate it if you could point out something wrong with it as your feedback to the post. After all, even I use as age as my excuse, I am still a human like you that can make mistakes occasionally (but extraordinarily, I make more of them; I’m clumsy, you see).

‘Nuff chit-chat ‘bout silly, worthless thoughts. Let’s proceed to more silly thoughts now!

My anime history is really short, shorter than most anime reviewers. Although I can be a bit nitpicky on most things, it is still part of the anime after all. Hmmm... If I have to recall the first time watching anime was... Let’s see... Right now, I’m a high school student. It’s was probably when I still in elementary. (Consider it short; I barely watch anime when I was in elementary.) It was probably Pokémon, and Digimon. Both were great for being an action-packed anime, but what makes it disappointing is that Pokémon is obviously worse than Digimon. Pokémon is repetitive. Watch an episode in the middle of the show, remember the pattern, and you get your show. It’s booooooooring. On the other hand, Digimon does well on the story and has an arc to follow. (Natsukashi ne...)

After watching Digimon, I still remember getting excited over a shoujo anime that contains fantasy as its genre. If my memory serves me right, it would be Fushigi Yuugi aired on Animax. In the evening, after classes, I’d always have to do my homework first before I could watch TV, and around those time, Fushigi Yuugi was the only interesting show on. (The other shows were sports anime; I don’t particularly hate them but they the least genre I like.) To be honest, despite being a guy, I did cry and went soft.

And that’s when the doors of anime opened to me!

Doors? Silly you! It’s just me going excited over everything about anime. I’m not really picky when it comes to anime; I’ll love it if it’s good, I’ll hate it if it sucks. In short, I’m open-minded. Although this may be the case, I still do have my least liked genres; yuri/yaoi. I don’t particularly like to watch them so I won’t (or probably never) one of them.

*yawn*

While it took me half an hour to think about how to introduce myself and an hour to write it, it feels really good but really tiring as well (It’s midnight here!).

By the way, a little bit personal information about me: I’m living somewhere in South East Asia, and of course, an azn. ;)
